Lately, I haven't been too well..
I get wheezing easily..
But luckily yesterday when I meet my specialist,
It wasn't so bad or he'd kill me, hahaha..
I had to bear breathless moments for at least 3 hours that morn..
Then, my Prof advise me to always carry my inhaler around..
He said, "You can break off with your friends but.."
"NOT with your inhaler! It's ur BFF"
He repeated the word BFF at least 6 times! haha~
He changed my inhaler too..
It's called Symbicort, it's a turbuhaler..
I haven't tried it, so don't know what to expect..
But, the new med is very convenience..
It's small, I can just put t in my pocket..
and I don't have to use chamber with it..
